Choosing a pillow. Whether you sleep on your back, side or front, and whether you like to sink in or be held up. The guide has a table.
A size. The width of the mattress for duvets and protectors; the country whose pillowcases you own for pillows.
A trial return. Your order reference and a line on what was wrong. The label comes back the same day. How the trial works.
A guarantee claim. A photograph of the open seam or the migrated fill, and the order reference. What the 5-year guarantee covers.
An order change. Possible until the parcel is labelled, usually within two working days. Send the new size or address.
