From Stockholm within two working days. Free over €150,00, €6,90 below it. 30 nights on duvets and pillows, 30 days on everything else, 5 years on the seams.
Orders are packed at our warehouse south of Stockholm and leave within two working days; most leave the next morning. Duvets are vacuum-packed to about a third of their size for the journey and recover fully within a day of being unpacked and shaken out. Toppers travel rolled. We do not dispatch at weekends or on Swedish public holidays, of which Midsummer is the one that surprises people.
The tracking number is emailed when the label prints.

Prices on the site include Swedish VAT for delivery inside the EU. For Norway, the UK and Switzerland they do not include import VAT or duty, which the carrier collects from you before delivery. We say it here because finding out at the door is the worst way.
A duvet or pillow arrives vacuum-sealed in a recyclable polythene bag inside a plain card box. Keep the cotton storage bag that comes folded inside it; it is the right thing to keep a summer duvet in over winter. There is no printed insert, no ribbon and no plastic beyond the vacuum bag, which we have not yet found a way to do without.
You cannot tell whether a duvet is the right warmth in a shop, and you cannot tell whether a pillow is the right height in one night. So for duvets and pillows the return window is a trial: sleep on it, with a cover or protector, for up to 30 nights from the day it arrives. If it is wrong — too warm, too cool, too heavy, too high, too loud — it comes back for a refund.
A returned duvet or pillow is laundered professionally and given to a shelter. It is never resold, which is why the trial costs us money, why we ask for the €9,90, and why it is limited to one trial per product type per customer.
Protectors, toppers, quilts, throws, sleep masks and lamp shades can come back within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their packaging, for a full refund of the item price. That is more than the 14 days EU law gives you. Return postage is yours to pay unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong one.
Toppers and protectors cannot come back once they have been slept on, for hygiene reasons; the 30-night trial does not extend to them. Masks and shades must be unused.
For a different size or warmth, return the first and order the second; it is quicker than a formal exchange and the refund is not delayed by it. If you want us to hold the replacement while the first travels back, say so in your email.
If a baffle wall or quilting seam opens, or the fill migrates so that one chamber is noticeably empty and will not shake back, within 5 years of delivery, we repair or replace the item and pay the postage both ways inside the EU. Outside the EU we refund your outbound postage against a receipt. Email a photograph and the order reference; the label follows within one working day.
The guarantee covers how the item was made. It does not cover damage from a domestic machine on an item marked for professional laundering, tears, burns, stains, pet damage, or the described settling of a wool topper. The about page has the full scope.
If something arrives damaged, open or not what you ordered, tell us within a few days with a photograph. We send the replacement first and the return label with it; you do not have to wait for the faulty one to get back to us.
Nothing on this page reduces your rights under EU consumer law or the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen), including the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases and the three-year right to complain about a fault under Swedish law. The 30 nights, the 30 days and the 5-year guarantee sit on top of those rights, not in their place.
