The lightest cover we make, in a linen-cotton cloth. Slate is the last colour of this run and is reduced.
Choose a size first.
A summer quilt in a 55/45 linen-cotton cloth with the thinnest wadding we use. It is for hot nights and hot sleepers: a layer that gives you the feeling of being covered without any real warmth. The linen in the blend keeps it cool against the skin and gives it the dry, slightly crisp hand that pure cotton does not have.
Slate is the one colour left from this cloth; the next run moves to a different mill and a different grey. It is reduced against the price it was listed at for the whole of last year. Linen creases, and this will crease more than the cotton quilt.

The page said it would be heavier than down and it is. I like that; my partner does not. Thirty nights was enough to find out which of us was buying the next one.
Bought on the tog number rather than the words and got exactly the warmth I expected. First time that has happened with bedding bought online.
Took a star off because the drawbacks listed are all real. Kept it anyway, because they were listed.

Order the width of the mattress, not the bed frame. Skirts fit a mattress 18 to 35 cm deep. Two singles pushed together need two protectors, not one double.
The size is the diameter. A 20 cm shade suits a lamp base up to 25 cm tall; 25 cm up to 40 cm; 30 cm for anything taller or on the floor.
